Pros

Great Company to Work for with supportive management, no micro management, great autonomy and structures for career progression. They listen to their employees and continually strive to improve things. Offer a clear career path to progress, provide fantastic training and good thorough inductions for new starters.

Confusing bonus structure and could do more incentives

Dishonest about commission schemes, lack of recognition or reward for hard work, only hear from top managers if it’s negative

Pros

Efficient when dealing with requests and good communicators. Competitive salary.

Cons

Don't get sick! Inhumane management style. Feel like treated as a tool not a human. No progression opportunities which were suggested when commenced work in the roles.

Advice to Management

Don't oversell future opportunities as it leaves engineers disappointed. Siemens haven't diversified there metering portfolio which they suggested was there aim.
