What kind of career opportunities exist at Secret Escapes?

Good values Good poeple to work with Good energy, quite motivating Very good team spirit Beautiful office in Holborn with free food, drinks etc Senior management very accessible They encourage to share ideas and take them into account if good

Cons

Only very few opportunities to grow even after years Executive positions stuck at the bottom with no will to make people progress Low salaries comparing to the industry Little travel perks comparing to the industry (20% off on the website for staff and £100 voucher for Christmas)

Advice to Management

Try to keep talents and make executive positions progress instead of letting them go to save money Try and stick to the good people value, it is highly appreciated!

-Great bunch of people and plenty of social initiatives -Good location

Cons

-You will be penalised for your maternity/paternity leave -When I worked there the director of Global Ops was also the director of HR (Massive conflict of interest) -Low base pay -No career progression -No education or training opportunities -Senior management is a very closed circle of friends -Nepotism
