Does Secret Escapes offer a monthly bonus?

Pros

Friendly employees, wellbeing focused, healthcare cash-plan, health insurance (after 1 years service), fully stocked kitchen, work socials in the office and off site, clean and bright office space, casual dress code.

Cons

Hard to get any role progression, salary is on the lower side with no overtime or bonus incentives.

Advice to Management

Salaries need to be raised, employees in smaller teams (less than 5 people reporting to one person even within a wider team) should have a 'line manager' or someone they can catch up with to raise concerns with.

Does Secret Escapes offer bonus pay?

Pros

I was able to think every day for and with the company, was motivated and encouraged, I got goals that I could achieve and a great bonus.

Cons

They need definitely a bit more Marketing.
