Does Secret Escapes offer disability insurance?
Pros
On the whole each department works really well together. The office perks and employee benefits are attractive. They are open to providing good opportunities for flexible working.
Cons
Over time, the cracks within the company are starting to show more and more. The company grew very quickly and the values are not reflected in decision making or projects. The focus is on making savings in the short term and there is less interest in investing in projects with long term benefits and strong ROI - they simply don't want to have to wait. The customer's journey is not always considered and as such there is a disconnect from the top decision makers and the customer.
Advice to Management
Please look back on the values and ensure they drive every decision and project. No project should go ahead without ticking at least 4 of the values. Please remember to consider the customer's journey from start to finish - not just with their booking experience but with any interaction they may have with the company.
