Pros

Working from home with a regular salary, and hours to suit. Encouragement, support and skills development. Opportunities to progress or change your career direction. Recognition for a job well done.

Cons

Not suitable for people who lack self discipline. No paid sick leave (even the most conscientious get sick occasionally)

Advice to Management

Loyalty could be recognised by offering a small amount of sick leave per annum for those who stay with the company long term - say 5 days per annum after 5 years of service.
