How are promotions handled at Sensée?

Pros

-Great Team, strongest work culture I have ever experienced. -Promotions Possible. -Skill Development -Fulfilling Work

Cons

-Flexibility of hours are generous but the ability to secure set hours is not possible. I would have liked to fit alongside other part-time work, you can’t please everyone

Advice to Management

Keep with the current model, it works for most. I happen to be unusual but in wanting set hours.

-Promotions Possible.

What is the feeling of job security at Sensée?

Pros

No pros at all period.

Cons

*Poor wages. *Hour release was a farce. *Zero job security. *Unrealistic expectations. *Training was a joke. ****AND - Management are that competent they fell for a pishing scam, and my details are now in the public domain. Having to change bank accounts etc. Not security conscious AT ALL. Probably down to the lack of training/arrogance of management.

How are senior leaders perceived at Sensée?

Pros

Home working. There are NO other pros!

Cons

Hours vary and if you are away when booking hours, tough, you get the leftovers! Hours are all over the place...could have odd hours all day, evening and night... work every weekend! No work/family balance, not with the booking system of hours! They make you join the first available job, eventhough may not suit you and you have limited time to choose! So, they are doing badly by those that employ them! They still do this now!!! Team leaders are dire and have zero skills as leaders. Management do not care! Support after training (LOL) is zero!

Advice to Management

Tell the truth when joining of what really like!! Better to have basic set minimum hours, then have rest up for grabs. That way help your staff know their hours and this will promote loyalty to you! Basic necessity really!!! Staff maybe a commodity to you, but still need nurturing! Leaders are awful and most obviously have zero training and treat you like a commodity. No wonder so many leave constantly! Zero support after training! How can you provide a great service, when put zero effort into staff...... you can’t.

Team leaders are dire and have zero skills as leaders.

How is management perceived at Sensée?

Pros

Flexible hours Great sense of community in Livedesk Great communication from management and HR alike

Cons

A lot of client app issues (not by the fault of Sensee) Shifts are first click first served but usually always get what you want Not a lot of permanent jobs available for those on temporary contracts

Keep up the positivity!
