Does Shell Energy Retail offer massages?

Pros

- friendly and non-stress atmosphere - a lot of support and help from supervisors and colleagues - open-minded community - free coffee, tea and milk in the office - new ideas to run the training (chats, mock calls, actual calls)

Cons

- training was irrevelant to the actual work (important stuff was said at the very end of the training and the most rare and impossible cases had been put first - not much time to focus as we are obliged to do multitasking on daily basis - lack of communication between departments and offices Krakow-Coventry - no clear lesson about office infrastructure, menagers and teams

Advice to Management

- please adjust training to the actual real cases that agents mostly face like PQR, DCA letters, Prepayment, Payment Plan etc. Because we are not facing Bereavement or Disputes often and they were discused the most during the training - please when you hire new crew inform them exactly how the office structure works and where do we have certain departments and teams - please make sure that managers and trainers are informed about the disases that new members of the crew have (some of our training members did not know about colleague's intestines problem and it was stressful and unplesant for him to explain why he needs to go to the bathroom often)
