Pros

This is a brilliant place to come to work. Everyone is very caring and supportive. People are encouraged and supported to do what they are good at, not just push work around a desk. The benefits we get are tremendous and like nothing else I have had before. I don't know of anyone who works at a company who gives their people more. The social calendar is out of this world too. It's easy for businesses to say it, but demonstrating how it looks after people is much harder. Silverbean does it easily somehow. People managers genuinely care about supporting their teams, the senior people here are incredibly accessible, they actually talk to people and treat people like humans - it's not everywhere you would find the two Directors riding a motorbike through the office for the Christmas video! Everyone gets a chance here and everyone is here on merit- that's one of the things I like about it most. That and the free snacks!

Cons

The IT falls over sometimes but that's not the company's fault.

Advice to Management

Keep going: it's great.
