Does Sky reimburse for mileage?

Pros

Free Sky Personal Mileage on Van for a small monthly fee £69 fuel provided Free Private Health Care with Aviva

Cons

High Work Loads Stupid Routing give you 6 jobs in your own area and your last will be about 45 miles away Team mates not interested tell tales on other collegues Other people in other teams trying to get you sacked pathetic you dont need people like that working here

Advice to Management

Treat your staff with respect, only reason your in your role is because your engineers keep you in it Stop dropping your enginners in the crap for very little things like not changing a cable or not going to a dish due to a health and safety for example dish not attended due to adverse weather manger had me put on a first written warning through a conduct meeting, manager pretends he cares but actually doesnt give a flying toss. Instead of trying to impress your manager try supporting your team better instead of making us look bad because you look bad on paper
