How are the career development opportunities at Southern Communications?

Pros

Decent wages based on the roles with some including bonus structures for sales positions. Plenty of career opportunities for those willing to put in the effort and that have a desire to grow and succeed. Good training and open to helping people gain additional qualifications in order to progress in their career. Company is constantly growing. Directors have an open door policy which management are also encouraged to adopt. Company promotes a team mentality Directors have a huge amount of combined knowledge that they are willing to impart to others.

Cons

Parking is a premium which can be a bit of a hassle. Sales departments can have a high churn rate which is pretty normal for a lot of sales teams.

Advice to Management

None

Does Southern Communications have any sort of mentoring programme?

Pros

Given the respect to get on with your work without being micromanaged. Very busy installation schedule. Working alongside PM's throughout installations. Able to work on support desk remotely when not installing. Great bunch of people to work with and management are very approachable.

Cons

To start with I thought the training was non existent however that soon changed and the engineers was receiving training to progress with their careers.
