What is the feeling of job security at Spirax Sarco?
Pros
The only one who actually seemed dedicated to his job and having fun was the chef. A+ food all the time. Very passionate of his work.
Cons
Employees not willing to teach, horrible attitude, many lay offs, not much room for promotion, very political.
Advice to Management
Stop lying to your employees about possible promotions when you were going to lay these employees off anyways, or putting them on useless projects only to waste their time and not learn anything. Also make sure the person the employee is shadowing has time in their day to teach them or they will teach you in a hurry and expect you to all of a sudden know their software practices. Horrible attitudes, cannot trust 99% of the people and management seems to have all the answers..
