What is the company culture like at Spire Healthcare?

Pros

Fantastic colleagues in immediate team, decent annual leave entitlement, company purpose is inspiring

Cons

Big disconnect between hospital and central functions teams meaning tense working relationships, little respect from senior leadership of expertise in specialist fields, no progression until you try to resign, not everyone in a team carries their weight and it’s well known but still goes unchecked by management leaving others to pick up the slack with no recognition, no bonus scheme for majority of staff, HR system is chaotic at best, culture of tiptoeing round senior management results in poor communication and endless urgent deadlines

Advice to Management

Listen to teams, take on board feedback from employee surveys and actually implement those changes
