What is the hiring process like at TOPdesk?

There's always a push for you to get involved and assume responsibility, so it's great for learning a range of skills. Also, the interview process is pretty stringent, so there's a real sense of shared values in the company.

Cons

There's a general consensus that the salary can be lower than expected, but it does level out with their pension scheme, employee perks, and work-life balance - as well as the borrells and personal development opportunities. Just depends on the person.

No asian/african connection yet in business. No well established rules to follow, someone who needs this, might find this difficult.
