How are the career development opportunities at TOPdesk?

Pros

-amazing company culture -open-minded, friendly and supportive colleagues -everyone has a word -great opportunities for personal improvement and for growing your career -awesome working conditions: free specialty coffee, tea, snacks all the time, table soccer, darts, xbox, pinball machine, cosy meeting rooms -massage each month :) -flat hierarchy, transparency -everyone cares about everyone -modern working equipment

Cons

home office can only be requested on special occasions

What is the feeling of job security at TOPdesk?

Pros

- Great place to work as you can schedule your working days around your classes. - If you need extended time off due to deadlines or other important commitments, they are always accommodating. - TOPdesk also gives us the opportunity to grow professionally while still at university, and to seek out and start new projects in areas that interests us. - Great colleagues and fantastic company culture

Cons

- Not possible to work weekends (although that is understandable) - Not Living Wage employer

If you need extended time off due to deadlines or other important commitments, they are always accommodating.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at TOPdesk?

Pros

no deadlines, lot of freedom choosing projects and what technologuies to use them, flat hierarchy, no overtime ever, no stress

Cons

flat hierarchy, startup like organizational structure, no clear direction but even that changes every few months, organizational and infrastructure support for home office is not really there, no common understanding among teams about standards
