They obviously have Healthcare pension reputation

If you and your team are not profitable within a very short period you are toast

Advice to Management

Communicate your cost restraints and redundancy requirements earlier

Does TP ICAP offer parental leave?

Pros

- The maternity leave policy has been greatly enhanced and family friendly policies are really supportive of parents. - Flexible working has also improved - I've felt very supported with my return to work from maternity leave (despite the current COVID situation)! - Great teams; friendly, supportive colleagues - Exciting time to join the business - lots of positive change following the acquisition - New London office looks like it will be a really nice environment to work in

Cons

Old office isn't so great! Looking forward to the move.

Advice to Management

Keep up the positive change!

Plenty of work, lots of projects, company moving in right direction after long integration, easy access to senior management, great colleagues
