How is management perceived at TSG?

Pros

Work in air-conditioned, all female workers, get to work at multiple stores

Cons

Don't get trained properly, have to work by yourself, U are not given help, people work there are very catty, boss only looks out for himself and manager they don't care about the staff and what they are going through, won't talk about customer complaints with the work just goes based off the customer

I have non as they are very poor managed
