What is the salary like at Technology Services Group UK?

Pros

- Expenses were processed quickly and was generally paid on time, although they don't bring forward Xmas pay which is fairly common in other places I've worked.

Cons

- Constant threat of redundancy and / or cost saving exercises. - Shambolically run with cowboy mentality. - Sell first then worry later attitude.

Advice to Management

As echoed by others, if you spent less time caring about your Glassdoor reviews and more time on your actual employees you maybe wouldn't be in this mess. It's amazing to look down at all the glowing 5-star reviews full of corporate mumbo jumbo ("all pulling in the same direction to deliver a superior customer experience").

Does Technology Services Group UK offer bonus pay?

Pros

- Teams contain some excellent talent who are a pleasure to work with - Good work/life balance (though this can vary depending on team and job role)

Cons

- SMT blindly push towards grand visions that have no basis in reality, while batting away any voices of reason regardless of expertise. The "We know best, so do as we say" attitude leaves employees disillusioned and morale in pieces. - Mass redundancies are frequent to cover for poor high level decisions. - Progression is non existent, and a bonus scheme works on entire business performance, which is repeatedly reported as disappointing.

Advice to Management

You have so much trust to repair between SMT and the rest of the business, but it wont happen if you keep this culture of secret meetings and decisions without consultation.
