Is Technology Services Group UK a good company to work for?

Pros

I have worked in this business for nearly 20 years and seen many changes - all for the good, my observation is that we are in the best shape we have ever been. The senior leadership team share the same vision with a clear focus (even more so important during these trying times) and values that cascade through the business. This ensures that the customer experience is at the forefront of what we do, adding value and ensuring a fair deal. Staff wise - I have a great work life balance, I love working for a business that cares for it's staff, wellbeing and their families! TSG moved all staff to home working as soon as it became clear that Covid was going to have an impact - the message read that is was to ensure we could service our customers, protect our staff and those close to us. The business has been extremely flexible regards childcare issues and commitments during this period and I know we are very luck to have a business with that culture. We have an excellent benefits, fabulous holiday entitlement, rewards scheme, performance hub - (as long as you embrace our company values and behaviours there is nothing to worry about here - it's a positive thing - your manager takes time out 4 times a year to have an open honest discussion, offering feedback, direction and praise where appropriate - what more could you want. All our managers are on a training program which requires them to complete (I think 6) mandatory courses per year ensuring our management team are also top notch. Company information is shared with us via a report monthly and whilst Covid is still among us we have monthly honest and frank updates - even down to our cash reserve position! We have great training, opportunity to progress, fair pay and best of all a great bunch of people and I genuinely love my job and am proud to work for TSG!
