Pros

Great potential in the business.

Cons

Toxic culture. No suitable management with relevant experience or drive to lead the business successfully. Frequent job cutting and restructuring to save money in the hope of showing a profit for future investors. Staff not valued, staff are just numbers. Pure profit focused, not customer focused despite the marketing and HR PR! No long term plan, it changes every year. Dishonest management. Morale at all time low due to uncertainty in company's future.

Advice to Management

Board needs to change to one that understands IT and customer relations ASAP to save the business. Focus on customers needs and not solely TSG's profits. Focusing on the customers needs will bring the profits. Learn to value your staff or risk losing more great people!

Pros

Good staff on the ground level A few of the junior management team will make an effort

Cons

No support from senior management Talk a good game but do not have the skills to deliver Unclear goals and objectives Weak policies and processes staff undervalued Most of the management team will not listen when being told they are making errors . You only do well if your face fits.

Advice to Management

Read the reviews on here again, I know you are aware of them. The reviews are consistent over a long period of time and the majority have similar themes. You have serious issues with some members of SMT and if you feel you are currently reading a post by another disgruntled employee then you are the issue yourself.
