Does Teleperformance offer massages?

Pros

Really good atmosphere at the company and everyone is very friendly to eachother. The facilities of the company is really nice and the view outside of the office is stunning. You learn a lot about digital marketing and if you perform very well and show your face, moving your way up in the company is definitely possible. They also throw nice corporate parties for their employees, which is nice.

Cons

The only benefits we get is Free Fruits twice a week and free gym membership. Would be nice to get some more benefits, especially if you are in the company for over a year. For the rest, all is good.

Advice to Management

Keep doing a great job :)

Does Teleperformance offer dental insurance?

Pros

As always, nice people to work with

Cons

Full-time but no paid vacation, benefits for a single person for medical, dental and vision was $300 per month --- CRAZY!

Advice to Management

Should have kicked out the "rif-raf"

Does Teleperformance have a pension plan?

Pros

Possibility of doing overtime to top up the meagre wages.

Cons

They go for the bottom in pay and job conditions; started paying employer pension contributions because it would be illegal not doing so.

Does Teleperformance offer life insurance?

Pros

Great work experience regarding skills learning and pressure handling - Great Insurance included with the contract

Cons

Low salary, no way of getting a salary raise

Advice to Management

Increase the salaries of your employees and especially of your managers, you'll avoid the huge turn over you have now and you'll keep the good ones instead of pushing them out the door.

Does Teleperformance offer a wellness program?

Pros

Some employee benefit programs and actions, consistent payments, quick turnover.

Cons

No accountability for supervisors and assistant managers when they are not perfom to the team level as excpected. Some do not promote and build team spirit.

Advice to Management

Make sure low-mid level management know how to communicate effectively and empathise their teams.
