Pros

Pros of working here would be there is plenty of overtime across the store, free tea coffee and juice on tap.

Cons

Where do I start. Temp contracts that never become permanent regardless of the time in the role. Lack of training. Management are never anywhere to be found. Minimum wage for very hard graft. You are timed to pick. Everyone is very disposable.

Advice to Management

Pros

Good wages free tea and coffee

Cons

Very unorganised, terrible health and safety, a lot of favouritism , racism, sexism, very few follow procedures or training.

Advice to Management

Very disrespectful and childish Night shift managements, unhelpful, unaware of want is actually going on inside the warehouse. They also tell pickers not to follow certain rules and regulations: Such as stacking also some people to make performance everyday and some do not. Also managers leek personal information to others in and out of management.
