Pros

The discount and benefits were decent and pretty handy. the salary is competitive compared to other supermarkets but not quite as good as aldi and lidl

Cons

Th working environment was miserable for me as it was very cliquey and not very welcoming. the managers sometimes would not listen to the shift availability i had or would put me on late night shifts to the early hours of the morning even though they were not included in my contracted hours. Very clear lack of diversity in the staff
