What is the hiring process like at Time Etc?

Pros

The staff at Time are always extremely helpful in facilitating a positive interaction between the clients and the VAs. It can be a challenge to find a client that is a good fit, so that is a process of time, trial and error, but the case managers are fantastic at helping you find the right client, and when a client isn't a good fit, they step in to get them re-assigned. When something comes up in life that causes you to need time off, if you can't work that out with the client to cover their needs, the staff at Time will find someone to substitute in and cover the tasks for you. When I have been sick with covid, had a death in the family, etc the staff not only offered to help with my tasks, they sent emails checking on my health and my family.

Cons

Finding the right client is definitely a process. Many of the people who seek VAs are not sure what they want help with, or they don't want to make the commitment of having an employee. That means that they often want the VAs to be available on the spur of the moment without giving consistent hours.

Advice to Management

Nothing. They are the best!

Feel supported from the interview process and the support doesn't stop. Great training and amazing benefits.
