Pros

Benefits are amazing, PTO, health insurance, 401k, stocks. You cant complain.

Cons

There is really limited place to grow in Tampa office. Salary is really low, it's hard to believe you start at 14hour. If you are planning to build a career, this is not the right place.

Advice to Management

Please increase the salary overall. Benefits are amazing but unfortunately they dont pay Bill's. Give a chance to your employees training them so they can grown in the company. At least let your employees know about new opportunities before hiring from outside.

Pros

- Opportunities to work on exciting projects in a rapidly expanding company - Mission driven culture where everyone is working hard - Amazing co-workers (who bring well behaved dogs to work!) who are drama free - No silly rules or mindless bureaucracy that you find at large financial institutions - Leadership and career development opportunities for those that pursue them - Regular open performance feedback - Great benefits package and stock options - Generous leave and holiday policies - Zero deductible health insurance option in the US - Work travel (depending on your role)

Cons

- Salary compensation is not competitive for many roles - Feedback heavy culture requires a growth mindset and isn't for the thin-skinned

Advice to Management

Raising compensation levels would make TransferWise a more competitive employer for talent. Benefits and culture only go so far to attract and retain talent.

- Zero deductible health insurance option in the US
