Does Transport for London offer parental leave?

Pros

The free London transport, they also offer an interest free loan for the deposit required by some nurseries. Maternity leave is also very good at 26 weeks. Being a large organisation means you learn a lot, it has very good standards, with the opportunity to be varied in your role.

Cons

I will not say it is a meritocratic organisation. It has good intentions but sometimes allow some not so good individuals in the name of Managers give it a bad name.
