What kind of career opportunities exist at Trespass?

Pros

Staff in store are friendly and work well together Easy to request time off etc

Cons

Negative approach to management, nothing is ever good enough. If you manage to hit a target they want to know why you didn’t meet something else. No praise for doing good just negativity for what they feel is wrong. Wages are terrible for the amount of work they expect to be done. Can never make a decision, chop and change things on a day to day basis. Senior staff are difficult to deal with. No training whatsoever to sell technical garments and equipment. No my much room for progression.

How is management perceived at Trespass?

Pros

Cons

So so many they dont care about staff, the owners are on the uk rich list yet management dont get pay rises even when minimum wages goes up meaning that supervisors are nearly on the same wage as store managers they also have store managers on 42.5 or 45 hr contracts. There is no bonus, no real staff discount no benefits for working there

Advice to Management

The owners need to stop being so tight give your staff pay rises and treat them better maybe then staff turnover wouldnt be so high
