Give out Rotas further in advance, be more supportive to the floor team when dealing with difficult unmanageable customers. Know when to turn away returning customers who have previously done walkouts/ or have caused fights previously in the restaurant

Great progression scheme, great training. You will not be taught things as in depth with any other company I think. Great diverse of people to work along with. Also the culture is awesome.
