Always love your teams! no matter the obstacles, we all look after eachother!

Great benefits to pass on to my team such as Team events budget Incentive budget Great parties Fab training Equality and inclusion training Amazing to work 4 days as a salaried manager in hospitality!! Chefs too! Pay is better than other similar businesses in the area especially for bartenders Yearly GM and HC conference and constant contact from ops director and CEO!

The team was my main positive of working at Turtle Bay as they are friendly and if you need help they will put themselves out to do so. The staff parties are really fun and you get a bonus if you have worked there for a year. You all support each other and try to remain positive but management, overworking and no breaks outweigh the positives.

Cons

You receive no breaks even if you work 9 hours, you only receive a break if you work a double shift (10 am-5 pm then 6 pm-close). Personal life is not considered and if you are sick it is demanded of you to find somebody to cover you. There is little care towards injuries or mental health either. This is a high-pressure environment where they talk about the staff behind their backs and even rate all the staff on how bad they are at their job. They care more about money than you, do not recommend!!

Advice to Management

Care about your employees more. Give breaks!!
