Managers abusing narcotics on site. Abusive behaviour from management to staff. Manipulation and fear is used to motivate staff. Managers promoting their "special friends". Too high pressure enviromnt for minimum wage. Don't even get to keep your tips. Lazy Managers. HR doesn't care and refuses to help even after multiple reports. Dodgy company. Protect badly behaved Managers and they don't care about hourly paid staff. Bad progression unless you have a personal relationship with management. Only focus are profits. They scam guests and staff. Clientel is trashy and abusive and get rewarded with free drinks for abusing the staff. Keep looking unless you want to waste your time working for morally corrupt individuals.

Advice to Management

Drug test your managers. Don't abuse your staff. Be diplomatic. Listen to the staff. Background checks on managers.

managers are awful and disrespectful constantly to staff, they do not make any effort with their employees to ensure they are happy none of the food is actually fresh so deal with a lot of customer complaints as the food is often awful horrible work place environment
