Does Unilever offer relocation assistance?

Pros

The provided a great relocation package

Cons

The most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. I never felt appreciated and have never felt more like just a number. After more than 2 years working there, I can count on hand the number of times my boss said 'Thank you'. I don't think things have improved any since I left because in my new job, I continue to run into former Unilever people.

Does Unilever offer dental insurance?

Pros

Agile working (WFH) High bonuses. Great medical and dental plan. Great place to learn fast. Can relocate with them.

Cons

Work long hours. Forced performance curve. Hence the best among the best are the only ones to stay.

Advice to Management

A little more empathy. Stop moving jobs from US to Latin America countries. Your products are premium and good gross Margins. Hence invest in hobs everywhere.

Great medical and dental plan.

Pros

Much flexibility, vacation days (35), good pension, employees that perform well can expect to get more responsibility and room to grow

Cons

Politics due to which decision making takes a lot of time, and digitalization is slower than it should be

Does Unilever offer parental leave?

Pros

Benefits - pension, maternity, flexi time, community, people, company goals, performance during COVID

Cons

Ridiculously slow progression which can kill ambition, young people are kept at the bottom for as long as possible. Senior management don't take on concerns of those below as seriously as we would like - actions speak louder than words.

Pros

Free icecream every day and discount in branded products

Cons

it is so big that nobody knows what are they doing or it will take you one week just to find our who can give you the information that you need

Advice to Management

Do better effort to retain personnel. Many people just stay 2 years to have the brand on the CV and move on to somewhere else
