Pros
Great people to work with. 401k match is better than average. Benies aren’t that exspensive (relatively speaking)
Cons
They fired/pushed out a bunch of US corporate staff at the end of March 2022 for not receiving the j@b. It’s coming off of comments from Alan Jope in 2021 that there would never be a mandate due to its violation of personal privacy.
Advice to Management
Company leadership should stay in their lane and not overstep their moral authority to force people to take an experimental medical injection. Don’t be a coward.

Pros
Spent over 40 years there of layoffs, changing shifts hours, down sizing and departments being shut down and shipped off to foreign countries. That's a pro about Me, not the company.
Cons
Force You into early retirement before you get close to 65. Then try to offer you your job back after 90 days. If you accept then your considered a new hire and all your befits get reset and you lose all your hard earned pension.

Take better care of your senior employees!
