How are senior leaders perceived at Unilever?

Pros

Work from home and working on exciting brands/customers

Cons

Too much politics and favoritism, the new leadership in sales is absolutely not trust worthy person, who says we want to keep our employees with pandemic then next day they let go several people. There is a leadership that you cant trust in the last few years. All benefits to sales people were taken away, no cars not even paid parking, no cellphones. you would think a huge company would provide benefits, nothing worth at all! working long hours everyone is online at 11 -12 at night, and only favoritism piles up year over year, where the hard work is not appreciated, only who you know is appreciated!
