Does Unilever reimburse for mileage?

Status symbol, decent compensation package, agile work, access to company pool car for work travel, good networking opportunities, highly valued association.

Cons

No work life balance, fast paced, extreme mental and physical pressure, disrespectful culture towards fellow colleagues, norm and expected to clock long hours and even weekends - no overtime pay. No constructive career future plans of employees. Work load of two resources.

Advice to Management

Work on being respectful, everything else is tolerable.
