What is health insurance like at Unit4?

Pros

Excellent Training, Smart people, good products. Decent work life balance. Decent culture & values. Leadership cares the most about customer experience which is a plus!

Does Unit4 have a pension plan?

Pros

Good staff culture, good pension

Cons

Over worked for zero gain and salaries are not benchmarked. Zero work life balance with management continually demanding more.

Advice to Management

Look after your employees health and well-being. It’s not ok to continually skip lunch, start early and stay late.

Does Unit4 offer parental leave?

Pros

- Introduction of unlimited leave - Flexi benefit

Cons

1) Every additional Pros are only for Sales - Yes, this happens in every company where Sales are favored but this company shows it much too blatantly. Recent CNY celebration for the company was cancelled off at the last minute with the excuse of coronavirus intensifying. Yet Sales along with senior management were openly celebrating in the office without consideration for the other departments. 2) Work/Life Balance - Mentioned all the time but lack of people to back this up. 3) Bonus - Senior management shares that we have year-on-year growth but this does not get reflected in Bonuses.

Advice to Management

- Please practise what you preach. If you say do this - do it even before you get others to follow. - Try putting yourself in your employees' shoes and understand from their point of view.
