What is the salary like at Unit4?

Pros

Great salary, good atmoshpere, development opportunities, a lot of benefits

Cons

For now (after 2 months of working here) I cannot see any cons

What are other benefits and incentives like at Unit4?

Pros

-senior leadership is the best I've ever worked for in my 30+ year career -compensation plan is unlimited with the highest commission rates I've ever seen -energetic and positive culture of growth that is exhibited at the top of the company down to the employees -great product, customer base, and messaging

Cons

-continuing to build the name and brand recognition in N. America -continuing to build out partner ecosystem in N. America

Advice to Management

-continue to listen to employees and act on what they say

Pros

Good incentives and high commission payout

Cons

Poor senior management team Product technology is outdated

Revamp product development, hire people who are genuinely listening to feedback and want to improve the product

Does Unit4 offer bonus pay?

Pros

Good work/life balance and friendly colleagues.

Cons

Since private equity takeover costs across the board have been slashed and R&D moved to cheaper locations in Poland and Spain. Employees in locations deemed as high cost know they are living on borrowed time. The company is profitable year on year, yet salary increases have been below the rate of inflation every year meaning you get poorer in real terms the longer you work for Unit4. And there are no profit sharing bonus schemes or other perks as you would expect in other large global companies.

Advice to Management

As a bare minimum peg salary increases to the rate of inflation.

And there are no profit sharing bonus schemes or other perks as you would expect in other large global companies.
