How is management perceived at University of Dundee?
Pros
None in a long time.
Cons
Bad management, only interest is personal. Centre does not really exist, only to attract students (certificates do not mention CEPMLP anywhere), Lecturers are never there (absenteeism is very high), no support for students, administrative staff spends most day tracking down lecturers and professors for students and signatures. Rules change regularly as convenient to administration only, School of Social Science does not understand why the Centre exists. PhDs do not receive feedback from their supervisors, but no one really cares and intimidate students into saying otherwise.
Advice to Management
Bring management that actually cares, bring supervisors and lectureres that care for students.
Bad management, only interest is personal.
