1. HR team is not that approachable or active.

The only good thing is the free food that also gets monotonous and tasteless after few months.

Where do I start? 1. No growth at all! There is no growth and very less appraisal(after 1 year) that make people leave the company. That's why they are hiring all season. 2. Management is the Worst!! The management doesn't care about the employees, there is no action against any complaint. All they do is constantly poke and shout on the employees whether they are at fault or not. They only care about their targets and leave the team in the hands of inexperienced and lazy team captains. Favouritism and politics are very much prevalent and leaves are also assigned to employees who have good relations with the management. 3. Monotonous Work. The work is very monotonous and unfruitful. There is no learning curve. No new projects and no responsibility. The work is absolutely a waste of time. In conclusion, if you want nothing good in life and doesn't have a problem with earning as low as possible forever, this is the best place for you. Otherwise it's just a waste of your time and hardwork.
