Does Webhelp offer parental leave?

Pros

paid national minimum wage monthly

Cons

paid national minimum wage, wages were often wrong over time often got forgotten about. team leaders often dont know what there doing or forget they had to do something, they would tell you one thing then when talking to a customer do the exact opposite. booking holidays was always a nightmare. not an ounce of compassion among them. no progression within the compony and very target orientated. they want you to be flexable bending over backwards for over time. but are not willing to be flexable for you in any way. iie if you work over by half an hour your not paid over time but there is no way for you to get that time back. if your a minuet late logging in you get a warning and so on. iv had managers who told me they point blank would not credit a custoemr (which i agreed with) then the second they talked to the customer oh well credt it right away, diffrent manager came up to me in the middle of a call and started yelling at me. dont know what for. another time webhelp decided to change there emploies shift patters. i had booked off holidays the day of the change to volinteer at a festival (had them booked since january this was in september) and mentioned it at the time of this discussion. was advised to tell my tl and they would sort it. told my tl every week about my holidays and was told repetedly it would be sorted. got to 2 weeks before my holiday and they went off on holiday. told my releafe tl every day about it and still nothing got done. i basicly told them i wasnt going to be in as i was in england for this festival, was told to call them the next day when im working on a stage with multiple tones of equipment literally hanging over my head. another time i was stuck on call longer than expected and about to take my break, i knew i had a doctors apoitment about 10 minuets after my break ended so asked if i could go ofline in the mean time, this had been changed from an in persona poitment (this was when covid first hit so everyone was trying to work out whats happening. admitedly). tl basicly refused to give me 10 minuets off the phone to ensure i could make the call also knowing if i missed it my doctors would not call back. when i was there a colleague of mine had issues during child birth. they had to have an abortion like 2 days before she went off on maternity. webhelp basically turned round and said sucks to be you. the list is endless tbh.
