Does Wesleyan have a pension plan?

Pros

None. Nothing. Zilch. Zero. Nowt.

Cons

Is your dad on the board of directors? Because if he is, you will be chosen over more knowledgeable and friendly candidates for the 2 year Financial Consultant Training. Despite your incompetence, if daddy wants you to leapfrog people, you will. 1000 Black Interns? This is virtue signalling at it's finest. What about, let's just be fair to everyone and give the best suited that job. Unconscious bias should be addressed. Best friends with the manager? You can laugh at others, bully them and receive a better end of year rating for less work! You can also be late every day, take random days off and face no consequences. Do you want your pension statement? Well, you might get it, or you might not, or you might get it 18 months after you need it, or we might send it to the wrong place. Like being micromanaged? We can do this better than anyone else in the field. Like fudging stats to help Wesleyan look better than it is? It is all they care about. The place is rotten to the core with over complicated archaic methods, daily security breaches and systems that do not work. Are you a contractor? Great, we can employ you for about £600 per day to pop in and have a coffee, have a few meetings about yesterdays meetings about the day before's meetings and then go home.

Advice to Management

Investigate nepotism and stop virtue signalling.

How are senior leaders perceived at Wesleyan?

Pros

City centre location and colleagues

Cons

Archaic in every respect: the technology, the (in) ability to effectively work remotely, toxic culture, attitude to flexible working, HR, any kind of strategy, I could go on and on. There is a very negative vibe about the company, which is a real shame but I don't see any improvement with the current senior managers in place.

Advice to Management

Management here don't listen to advice so this would be redundant.
