Pros

The people in the business are very passionate about their work and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. And people are being recognised for their efforts and there are many ways to develop your career and travel to the other offices around the world. The flexible working hours are also great, and the private medical insurance is a bonus. The board of management is very approachable and you can talk to them any time and discuss with them issues and bounce ideas. The company cares about work life balance and often hosts events where families are invited. There is also a social calendar and clubs for all sorts of interests and hobbies, i.e., book club, film club, cricket, etc and a fizz Friday every month.

Cons

Although WCG is a company that offers a competitive salary, the benefits could improve.

Pros

Good people who are trying hard to satisfy both clients and management; good salary

Cons

Lack of management level vision (changes frequently), focus is on quick delivery and rapid billing of clients, rewards go to the people who deliver on time, while those who are fixing the problems related to delivering quick and dirty products remain invisible to management

Pros

The people are great they are the reason that I stayed Some of the greatest managers I’ve worked with Working from home and flexibility

Cons

Some of the senior management do not have vision or forward thinking They are still on physical paystubs instead of digital Accounts payable is always late for overtime and expense check processing

Advice to Management

Invest in your people and the process in place in order to put the customer (internal and external) first instead of getting your clients to pay for functionality. If you make a promise then fulfill it don’t go back to the contract trying to highlight a grey area

Pros

some friendly staff, management does not know what employees do so they can relax

Cons

UK management team does not know how to run a company. they are horrible with staff and always feel superior. the culture is very toxic. staff are not valued but they want staff to work hard, extra hours with no compensation. they dont trust other offices in other regions so they control everything. staff are sick of them. many are leaving for lower pay because they cant stand the management.

Advice to Management

learn how to run company from experts. stop pretending you know. speak professionally.
