Does Wizz Air offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Pros

Fellow employees in the HQ office are nice and are highly qualified, you can learn a lot from them, they are really supportive. If you're interested in aviation, working at Wizz can be really interesting. Overall I liked working there, but I was really disappointed in the way they care about the employees.

Cons

Low salary, no benefits, long working hours, high expectation without recognition, lot of stress. The workload is very high, fluctuation was also quite high when I worked there. The worst thing about Wizz was that I didn't feel appreciated for the hard work.

Advice to Management

Recognize and keep your talents, improve the benefits and working conditions.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Wizz Air?

Pros

Employee ticket prices are very good & sometimes free tickets are awarded for Christmas

Cons

They hired me into a department that had zero right to exist. They hired people for minor tasks that could have been just automated had they had the systems. There was no structure, no plans, no opportunity to learn. If you want to hang out until retirement with nothing meaningful to do, this place is for you.

Advice to Management

At least try to pretend that you care about your employees.

There was no structure, no plans, no opportunity to learn.
