Pros

Good career progression People are great Shares and pension are good

Cons

Company treats you like a number. Very old fashioned attitudes to employee burnout and mental health issues. Very strict and Draconian rules and regulations, with very little care for how it affects the staff. Lots of huge changes happen in the business that cost people their jobs, with no prior warning from any management. Fragmented cultures between branches and head offices often leave both at each others throats.

Advice to Management

Please consult with staff before making huge decisions and recognise that head office staff are just as important as branch staff and visa versa.

Very old fashioned attitudes to employee burnout and mental health issues.
