What is health insurance like at Zartis?

Pros

- Flat hierarchy - Easy going people - General commitment of employees to the company - Colleagues value each other - Respect for employees’ private time

Cons

- The job is presented as a base + bonus salary. Still, the inclusion of the bonus policy is discretional to the Employer, resulting in an arbitrary distribution of a huge portion of the expected income. - There is apparently no designated person with HR expertise and knowledge of the national regulations (payslips platform, healthcare insurance, registration) which would be fundamental for foreign workers. This happens across several headquarters.

Advice to Management

- It' s important to create a reale HR section able to support and guide employees especially in bureaucratic / international issues. - The contract should legally include the bonus policy, if not raising base salary.

There is apparently no designated person with HR expertise and knowledge of the national regulations (payslips platform, healthcare insurance, registration) which would be fundamental for foreign workers.

How are the career development opportunities at Zartis?

Pros

Good work - life balance. No overtime required.

Cons

Work environment is a bit toxic with no career advancement. Don´t expect salary raises either.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Zartis?

Pros

Good interview process - as a tech recruiter is great to give the candidates a good experience instead of 10 interviews and 2 months waiting for a decision. People - very friendly teams (from engineering to ops) Growth - a lot of opportunities to learn, grow and participate in different processes. Systems - Good standardized systems and process Bonus Salary every 3 months Good base salary Opportunity to relocate.

Cons

A bit challenging to do onboarding in such a different time zone, but they do everything they can to help you get used to everything.
