Pros

None - Despite what the `fake` reviews posted by HR say.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, micro managed. 12-14 hour days are common. The field managers are terrible, badly experienced and lacking knowledge. Mine was a part time Door Man (bouncer) Say`s it all really. The `technical` support engineers are a joke. Wait till you meet them! The schedulers are the worst I have ever dealt with, they cause so many issues and really should be replaced by a piece of software.

Advice to Management

Stop making engineers work 100 hour weeks, sooner or later you will be responsible for killing someone on the road due to tiredness.

Pros

Most of the staff are genuine please to work with. Delievery managers are generally great people to work under as most encourage good working practises, personal development and support their teams.

Cons

Development side of the business is segregated to the rest of the business. Whilst dev teams implement agile like practises, pressure from sales and senior management can be counter intutive. Common to deal with negative / skepitcal individuals which can be infectious, like in many organisations.

Advice to Management

Continue to improve flow of communication. More transparency in decisions.

Delievery managers are generally great people to work under as most encourage good working practises, personal development and support their teams.
