How are senior leaders perceived at Zonal?

Pros

None - Despite what the `fake` reviews posted by HR say.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, micro managed. 12-14 hour days are common. The field managers are terrible, badly experienced and lacking knowledge. Mine was a part time Door Man (bouncer) Say`s it all really. The `technical` support engineers are a joke. Wait till you meet them! The schedulers are the worst I have ever dealt with, they cause so many issues and really should be replaced by a piece of software.

Advice to Management

Stop making engineers work 100 hour weeks, sooner or later you will be responsible for killing someone on the road due to tiredness.

The field managers are terrible, badly experienced and lacking knowledge.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Zonal?

Pros

Nice people, good offices. Desire to make things better and do the right thing. Great Christmas parties.

Cons

There is a lack of direction as customer needs swamp everything. Board members refuse to stick to their guns and have a clear direction or protect staff.

Advice to Management

Improvements to resolve technical debt would be great. Better visibility across different departments. Support staff when they voice concerns.
