What are some insights into the strategy or vision at easyJet?

Pros

Good salary, flexibility of roster

Cons

The company pretend to care about employees but in reality only sees profit. Those who have sick leave are intimidated and threatened. Management does not accept any negative or constructive reviews. Zero social responsibility. Absolute nightmare regarding payroll and HR. Salaries are ALWAYS wrong. Complete incompetence from payroll and HR teams.

Advice to Management

Stop making intimidatory phone calls to employees. Respect the law and accept constructive feedback

Zero social responsibility.
