What are working conditions like at gohenry?

Pros

Decent pay about 20k a year

Cons

They fired me for swearing on a PRIVATE message chat with a fellow member of staff. Up until then all I’d heard was oh yes we are very happy with your productivity keep up the good work etc etc. Then this out of nowhere. Gone are the days when employees can count on freedom of speech and privacy, now big brother goes through your texts to get rid of you for NO GOOD REASON the fact they have the nerve to do this during a global pandemic whilst everyone is struggling is downright despicable to say the least! No organisation, there are certain health and safety risks within the office that they choose to ignore, the training is far from ideal and the atmosphere of the workforce is depressing. If you are going to work here make sure you keep your head down and don’t say a thing because they will come for you if you dare!!

Advice to Management

Stop treating your staff like children and get a grip!
