The whole process, from application submission to hire, took seven weeks and three days. Submitted app through referral, heard back two weeks later. Had a call with the hiring manager the next week, then a call with the recruiter two days later. That afternoon I was invited for an onsite. Had the onsite exactly one week later. Presentation, seven one-on-ones, and a casual lunch interview. Heard back about onsite one week later, and scheduled a call with the VP for early the following week. Had call with VP, heard back three days later when they asked for references. One week after I sent references, I got the offer letter. The recruiting team was extremely helpful during this whole process - they have a difficult job of satisfying both company and interviewee needs and expectations. They were well organized and appropriately attentive. They tell you generally what to expect with the onsite- enough preparation materials that there are no surprises, but you still need to do your own preparation. The one-on-ones included behavioral/situational questions but also had a conversational quality. It's very true that they want you to succeed. I went in terribly nervous, but that quickly went away as everyone was very warm and welcoming.
