Smooth and understanding people to take interview. No grilling of the candidate or making the candidate realize that he made a mistake if he has not answered one or two question. last round will be petty smooth.

I received a call about an opening in the company if i was interested on confirming first round of interview was scheduled. The first round was basic interview where they asked about my experience in the industry and how many projects i have handled. The second one on one was technical round it was taken by one of the Senior Project Manager, he was a nice guy.
