I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 6sense in Jun 2022
Interview
The initial call with initial recruiter was very positive, informative, and easy flowing. Then, they set up a second call with a senior recruiter who was extremely unprofessional to say the least.
They were late to the second phone call and had to end the call early to take care of their infant child in the background That's totally fine, I get it that things like that come up, and they rescheduled for the next day to finish our conversation.
However, then then no called no showed for our follow-up phone call the next day. I got a text several hours later citing "technical issues" and them vowing to reschedule for later that week.
You can guess what happened next - completely ghosted, even after I sent multiple follow-up emails and texts. Really bad look and honestly just bizarre.
